An apartment complex in Springfield Road located in the area of Aughton was successfully converted into a commercial unit with luxury accommodation on the first floor. Furthermore, The Old Fire Station on Westminster Road in Liverpool underwent a redevelopment headed up by Postvine Properties, transforming it into a public house on the ground floor with apartments situated on the upper floors.

Postvine Properties are also responsible for the full refurbishment of several apartments and houses around North Liverpool, a key regeneration zone expanding out from the main city centre.
